you are at: product range

We have a new extensive range of black and white puddings in various shapes and sizes.

Many of these are packed using new materials that benefit from pioneering technology which enables the product to enjoy a longer shelf-life.  For example the new thermoshrinkable 5 layer barrier sleeving allows our products ten weeks shelf life from day of manufacture, and  better quality vacuum pouches enable our retail packs a five week life span.

All shelf lives have been verified on product launch using an initial "triplicate testing" method, then periodically reviewed (every 4-6 months) by microbiological analysis. Our products have been tested for both aerobic and an-aerobic activity.

Our new packaging methods enable our puddings versatility to suit a wide range of purposes from retail packets for shops and supermarkets to catering packs perfect for chefs and restraunteurs.

WHITE PUDDING -  Our White Pudding is made according to a traditional Irish recipe.  It is good eaten cold with salads or fried / grilled as a breakfast accompaniment  Also it can be spread on toast as a pate.

White pudding chubs are contained within our attractive printed sleeving.  They each weigh 200g and  have a shelf life of 10 weeks from date of manufacture.

White Pudding Rings are the same as above but each weigh 500g

White Pudding contained in natural ox runner casings.  Available in packs of 1.5 kg. This consists of 5 sausages each weighing approximately 300kg.  They are vacuum sealed with a shelf life of three weeks from date of manufacture.

BLACK PUDDING - Our Black Pudding is manufactured with great skill and care in accordance with a recipe that dates back to 1879.  Each batch is hand crafted by our skilled production team.  Made from the finest ingredients, blood, pearl barley, pork back-fat, onions, rusk, oatmeal, flour and of course our own blend of herbs and spices mixed to our secret recipe.  Our recipe and methods have remained "traditional" in the truest sense of the word thus giving our puddings their distinctive style and flavour.
